Kids Church on Sunday
9:30 - 10:45am
Our goal in Kids Church is that your child will feel loved and accepted, and that they'll grow in their relationship with God. While partnering with you in teaching your children to live like Christ, your child will read from the Bible and engage in fun activities each week. They will be encouraged to memorize Scripture and love others like Jesus and tell their friends about Him. They will want to come back each week for more!
We have four different classrooms:
- Infants - 2 yrs. in room 105
- Ages 2-4 in room 102
- Kinder - 2nd grade in room 104
- 3rd-5th grade in room 101
All children are welcome to join their families for worship in the sanctuary and will be dismissed before the sermon to their classroom. Children ages 0-4 can be dropped off at the beginning of service to their classroom.
Curriculum
Elementary Curriculum
We are excited to be using Lifeway's Explore the Bible Curriculum!
What is Lifeway Explore the Bible about? It's about the whole truth, book by book.
Expository, book-by-book Bible studies for kids. It is a practical, repeatable, and age-appropriate encounter with God’s Word with Explore the Bible. Day after day, week after week, your child will grow in God’s Word one book at a time and learn how to know, love, and invest in God’s truth.
Preschool Curriculum
We are excited to be using The Rhyme Bible Storybook in our preschool class which brings classic Bible stories from the Old and New Testaments to life, retold in rhyme so that children are enthusiastic to read along, excited to read aloud, and, most importantly, eager to remember their favorite Scripture verses.
Storybook Bibles are wonderful ways for young children to begin their journey into knowing and loving God’s Word. It is ideal for preschool ages and we love to include worship, prayer and a craft each week for our little ones each week.
