Without meaning to, it is easy for us to become one- issue voters. We usually do this because we feel extremely committed to our top issue. But in an election, national, state, and local, there are dozens of issues that are at stake. We must be aware that one candidate or one issue should not necessarily outweigh all other concerns. We must look at the benefits to society as a whole.
