April Fools
The Naïve, the Simple, blindly lay down their guard.
The “Easy Way Fool” says, “It cannot be THAT hard!”
The “Glory Way Fool” asks, “Can’t you see that I’m right?”
The “Combative Fool” thinks, “For the ‘right way’ I’ll fight!”
The Mocker “knows better,” his haughty eyes preening.
The Scorner with contempt, despising, demeaning.
The Fool, with mouth ready boasts in his opinions,
Not knowing that his words, smell and taste like onions.
