The beauty of grandeur, vistas on mountainsides.

The beauty of freshness, a quiet walk outside.

 

Beauty of solitude, pink flowers on hillsides.

Beauty of peacefulness, lounging at a lakeside.

Beauty of the simple, an inn on some wayside.

Beauty of majesty? Continental divide!

 

In these I am refreshed, Creator’s canvas seen.

Pallets of rich colors, brush strokes in ev’ry scene,

A new kind of “still life,” my heart that’s still and clean.

This outdoor museum, foretastes of heaven’s scenes.

 

Pride laid aside.

Happy tears cried.

Real life, inside.

Fresh hope applied.

 

Purified.

Fortified.

Satisfied.
