Women’s Fitness Via Zoom!
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4PM PDT; Saturdays at 9AM PDT
Let’s dive into summer with a healthy start! Starting June 2nd, join us for a Women’s Workout on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4PM PDT and Saturdays at 9AM PDT. We will exercise for a total of one hour (using a combination of barre, yoga, or comprehensive fitness instructional videos) followed by a half hour of conversation (catching up, meeting new people, encouraging each other through this time). No need to RSVP, just join a session whenever you are available 🙂.

2 dumbells (substitute with canned food cans or water/wine bottles)
barre (substitute with countertop or back of a sofa/chair)
