The youth are invited to a night out of fun and games! Here are the specifics for parents:

When: Drop off Friday night, May 9th, 9:00p.m. at the church.  Pick up Saturday morning at 7a.m.

What to Bring: Socks and shoes (for broomballing), 2 Liter of soda, Snack to share (bag of chips, box of cookies, etc.)

Cost: $20

I am looking for some people to help out with food service, help on the bbq grill and for some youth to help run our carnival games. A great way for your youth to earm those high school volunteer hours.

I am also in dire need of small prizes and candy for the Spring Fling. If you make it to Costco or Target feel free to walk by the candy aisle and throw a bag in for our Spring Fling. Candy and prizes can be dropped off at church or I can stop by and pick up from your door step.

We are nearing our big Spring Fling event. If you enjoyed this past weeks bbq then you must come and join us for our Spring Fling. Invite your friends, scream and shout and let everyone know about our Spring Fling event. Scheduled programs include a magic show, balloon maker, our 1st annual Pie Baking contest, some fun carnival games, candy, sno-cones, popcorn, cotton candy and a lot more. Plus do not miss out on a special game that we have devised for Pastor Seth, you will NOT want to miss this event. Spring Fling is on Saturday May17th at 3:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Let everyone you know about all the fun and games at pacific Church and best of all, it’s FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

The Fit4Christ team is excited to announce that our spring session has been extended 3 weeks!!! Join now to get a full 6 week workout and to get ready for summer. Our last class of the spring session will be June 13th, 2008. Our summer session dates will be announced soon. F4C meets MWF at 9:00am. For women of all ages and fitness levels.

Pacific’s Celebrate Recovery 12 Step study program will begin on Tuesday, May 20 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM and will continue on an on-going basis. There are separate groups for men and women, and both meet at the church.  Feel free to contact Mike W. @ 949-981-9336 if you have any questions about the Celebrate Recovery ministry at Pacific Church!

First Wednesday is back, and it’s time for our Countdown to Summer Celebration. All 5th and 6th graders are invited to join us for an evening jam-packed with pizza, games, good times with friends, and a chance to learn more about God.

Meet at the church this Wednesday, May 7th, at 7:00pm with $1 for pizza, shoes you can run in, and be ready to get a little wet in our fun summer games.

Spring Fling Volunteers are needed for May 17.

Volunteers are needed to help set-up, clean-up, decorate, and serve food. Volunteers are also needed to help run games (this is a great area for your teenager to help out with). Please contact me by using the “Talk to Us” form on the left sidebar, or by calling the church office at 949-552-6774.

Donations are needed in the area of candy and any small prizes you may have such as unopened happy meal toys or pencils. Small items that the children would love to choose as a prize after playing one of the carnival games. These can be dropped off at the church anytime or you can e-mail me and I will gladly stop by and pick up any items you may have.
